Jamie brings a unique and powerful combination of corporate leadership and deep basketball roots to Murray Elite. With 13 years of executive experience at industry leaders GoDaddy and Wix, Jamie understands how to build scalable organizations, lead high-performing teams, and drive sustained growth — skills that translate directly to running one of the Midwest's most ambitious travel basketball programs. As the longest-tenured member of the program, Jamie has served as Executive Director of Barnstormers/Murray Elite for the past 7 years. His vision, institutional knowledge, and commitment to excellence set the standard for everything Murray Elite represents both on and off the court.
Tanner Carlson
Recruiting Coordinator
Tanner has been a cornerstone of Murray Elite's recruiting operation for the past 7 years, developing a reputation as one of the most effective recruiting coordinators in the region. His ability to identify talent, build relationships with college programs, and connect Murray Elite athletes with the right opportunities at the next level has been a defining advantage for the program. Beyond his role at Murray Elite, Tanner serves as a high school principal and varsity head basketball coach — roles that give him a deep understanding of what it takes to develop young men into successful students, athletes, and people. As a husband and father of two daughters, Tanner brings a grounded perspective and genuine investment in the whole person.
Jared Printy
Director of Operations
Jared is Murray Elite through and through. A proud program alumnus who played for Coach JP, Jared went on to play collegiately at Western Michigan before returning to the program in a leadership capacity — completing a full circle that speaks to the culture and community Murray Elite has built over the years. After years of coaching at the high school level, Jared now serves as Director of Basketball Operations, bringing operational insight, coaching knowledge, and a genuine passion for the program to everything he does. Working hand in hand with Coach JP across all things Murray Elite — from day-to-day operations to recruiting — Jared is a trusted partner and a living example of what the program can produce.
Reggie Shipp
Family Engagement & Strategic Planning
Reggie plays a vital and versatile role within the Murray Elite leadership collective, anchoring family engagement while contributing meaningfully to strategic planning and high school talent recruiting. His ability to build trust with athletes and families makes him an essential connector between the program and the communities it serves. As an Adidas high school coach, Reggie operates at the highest levels of grassroots basketball and brings an elite-level perspective to everything he does. Working in close partnership with Jared in operations and alongside Jamie in program leadership, Reggie helps ensure Murray Elite continues to attract and develop top-tier talent while maintaining a culture families want to be part of.
Alex Coleman
Sports Performance & Player Development
Alex leads Murray Elite's sports performance sector, bringing expertise in strength and agility training, nutrition, and player skill development to every athlete in the program. His holistic approach to athletic development ensures that Murray Elite players are not just skilled — they are physically prepared to compete and thrive at the highest levels. Alex's competitive pedigree speaks for itself: he participated in three national tournaments across his four-year collegiate career at Kirkwood and Mt. Mercy, developing a championship mindset and winning culture that he now instills in every athlete he works with. Alex also plays a key role in player recruitment at the 6th–8th grade levels, helping identify and develop the next generation of Murray Elite talent.

Dani Printy
Chair of Girls Basketball Leadership Team
Dani's experience as both a player and coach at Valparaiso University, combined with her tenure as Head Coach at Waukee High School, gives her a rare perspective that spans every level of the women's game. She has competed and led at the collegiate level, and built and directed a program at one of Iowa's premier high school programs — experiences that together provide an exceptional foundation for developing elite female athletes. Dani brings a player-centered approach that emphasizes confidence, skill development, and meaningful relationships. She understands the unique needs of female athletes and excels at creating environments where players feel valued, challenged, and empowered — making her an indispensable leader of our girls program.

Stacy Frese Huber
Recruiting Coordinator
Stacy combines a stellar playing career earning multiple All-American honors at Iowa St alongside coaching experience with a strong understanding of teaching and athlete development. She recognizes that successful programs develop people first and players second. Her ability to communicate, motivate, and guide athletes through their developmental journey helps create confident young women who are prepared for challenges both in basketball and in life. Drawing upon the relationships Stacy has built as a highly recruited student athlete and building new relationships in the current college recruiting climate we are confident Stacy will be a valuable asset to our young women as they navigate the recruiting process.

Program Advisor
Mark brings extensive experience in youth basketball operations, program development, and organizational leadership. His ability to build sustainable systems, develop coaches, and create opportunities for athletes has been instrumental in growing competitive basketball environments. Mark's strategic vision and deep connections throughout the basketball community help position Murray Elite athletes for long-term success while ensuring the program remains focused on development, culture, and excellence.
