Murray Elite Basketball develops courageous, disciplined, and purpose-driven young people through the game of basketball.
We provide an elite basketball experience that challenges athletes to pursue excellence, develop self-mastery, strengthen character, and become leaders on and off the court. Through high-level coaching, competition, mentorship, education, and a supportive community, we prepare our athletes not only for the next level of basketball—but for the next level of life.

Kenyon Murray
A former University of Iowa standout and proud father of Kris and Keegan Murray, Kenyon founded Murray Elite to give young athletes the mentorship and structure needed to thrive. With over two decades of coaching and player development experience, Kenyon brings a passion for excellence that defines the program’s culture and success.
Murray Elite Basketball began its journey as the Iowa Barnstormers, a program known for cultivating young talent and fostering a love for the game. As our program evolved, so did our vision.
